The bar is set to throw 90 mph and run 6.5 60-yard dash, however the foundation may vary. Throwing 90 mph and running a 6.5 60-yard dash is attainable, when you get there is determined by the foundation metrics you are at now.

Scott Reed’s 90-6.5 Strength Training Program is based on lift metrics for YOU to attain, then maintain, in order to throw 90 mph and run 6.5 60-yard dash. This is the most attainable, progressive, simple strength training program specific to baseball players that strive to hit these quantifiable metrics. Instead of the typical camp where gains fades as soon as it is over… this on-going off-season training program that gives baseball players regular, consistent exposure to the best and the latest information.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
It all starts with an assessment. What are your metrics now?
Throw 82, 78, 60, 85? Run 60-yards 8.0, 7.3, 6.9?
The program is designed for you to build up to key metrics that will allow you to throw harder and run faster.
When will you reach 90 mph or run a 6.5? That all depends on where you are starting from. However the simple metrics to achieve are only waiting for you to reach.

All the sessions during this 12-week program move you towards your goals of throwing harder and running faster. Players will measure, test and document their progress to achieve goals and set new ones.

Scott has been training clients for over 10 years. In that time I have had all types of clients ranging from: 1st Round MLB draft pick, NFL & CFL Football players, D1 football/basketball/baseball/volleyball, as well as general public fitness training/weight loss/strength training/rehab training of all ages groups.
Reed became a trainer to focus on his passion for helping athletes & people become the best version that they can be, regardless of who they are or what they do.
His background in fitness is very diverse. He has been a competitive athlete through this whole life, playing football in college and currently being a highly ranked national Olympic weightlifter.
